User Research: Case Study
Encouraging Daily Movement for Well-Being: In this solo UX research project, I explored how small, daily movements improve overall health and productivity. Using surveys, interviews, and journey mapping, I identified motivational barriers and designed low-fidelity prototypes to promote easy-to-follow routines. Usability testing provided key insights for refining the experience, reinforcing the impact of movement on well-being.
Wicked Problem: Case Study
Streamlining the Immigration Experience: In a one-month UX/UI case study, my team of three tackled the complexities of immigration by identifying key pain points and designing a more intuitive process. We conducted user research, created personas, and developed wireframes to enhance the experience. Through usability testing, we refined our designs to better support individuals and families navigating immigration challenges. This project reinforced the importance of user-centered design in solving real-world problems.
Non-Profit Redesign: Case Study
Nonprofit Website Redesign Proposal: In a five-week UX/UI project, my team of four crafted a redesign proposal to boost site traffic, donations, and program awareness. I led brand guideline development, conducted a site audit, and facilitated A/B testing. Using Figma and wireframing tools, we created user personas, mapped journeys, and tested navigation and design elements to enhance usability and engagement.
